The Santa Rosa Island Authority presents "Sounds of Summer," a summer concert series to keep your hips swaying and your fingers snapping all summer long. The free concerts will be held three nights a week at the Quietwater Shell on the Boardwalk, overlooking the pristine Santa Rosa Sound. Local musicians will entertain families from 6-8 p.m. most Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Eccentric, mercurial, whimsical and occasionally sinister candy wizard Willy Wonka is planning to retire, and the time has come to choose his successor. He distributes five golden tickets in his candy bars and invites the finders to visit his mysterious factory, in hopes of finding a worthy young person to continue his legacy. This enchanting musical features all the popular songs from the classic film of Roald Dahl’s magical book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
