Condo Features: Summerwind Center proudly features unit 1301. As you walk into this condominium you will find it very nicely decorated. As you make your way through to the balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, you will see you can sit down on the outdoor chairs and have a table to enjoy a cup of coffee or nice glass of tea. The balcony is extra long on the east side almost the full-length of the condominium. As you relax in the condo itself, you'll find a nice large leather sofa and two side chairs. There is a large armoire with a TV/DVD/VCR and also a nice stereo to enjoy. A focal point of the room is a large giraffe in the corner of the room giving the space a very comfortable and homey feel. The master bedroom has a TV/DVD and has its own private access to the balcony. It has a huge walk-in closet and a nice ceiling fan and is carpeted. The bed has a beautiful bed frame and very inviting colors with brown and creme. The master bath has a double sink and a separate shower and bathtub. The second carpeted bedroom has a king bed with burgundy colors. It has a TV for your enjoyment and two closets. There is a bathroom for this bedroom as well. The third bedroom features two twin beds decorated in navy, burgundy and white. It also has a TV/VCR to enjoy and bathroom and is carpeted. There is a ceiling fan in this bedroom. If you choose to cook in your kitchen, you'll have plenty of space to sit down, relax and enjoy your creation because the dining room table sits 8 people. You'll find all the necessary items in the kitchen and plenty of counter space.

07/14/2010 -- News media was wrong about tar balls. There were none!! One complaint, you do not list FOX News as one of the news stations you can get there in the Condo. It is channel 73!!! Fair and Balanced News! -- Laura R.
