Condo Features: Summerwind Center proudly features unit 104. From the moment you walk in you'll notice the open, bright and airy feel of this beautifully decorated condominium. This unit is on the 1st floor, but not ground floor as there is some parking underneath the building. Unit 104 is only one of two units in all of Summerwind Center featuring 20ft. ceilings giving the unit a grand entrance and a much bigger feel. The unit faces the pool and the Gulf of Mexico at the same time. There is a palm tree theme in the kitchen and family room giving the unit a beautiful Florida accent. As you make your way through the unit you will see a wrap-around balcony where you can see both the beautiful Gulf of Mexico as well as the Santa Rosa Sound. There is plenty of seating outside to enjoy with friends or take in the view of the newly opened Navarre Fishing Pier. All the bedrooms and the family room are carpeted. The front bedroom faces the waterway and decorated with bright green and yellow colors. There is a TV to enjoy in this Queen bedroom with an attached bath. The 2nd bedroom features 2 Twin beds - one being an extra long twin bed. There is a TV in this bedroom as well with a VCR. The master bedroom has its own access to the large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This bedroom sports bright blue and yellow colors on the bed with a TV/DVD player. The master bathroom has a tub and separate glassed shower, double sink and space around the bath to sit or decorate. There is a large chair to sit on beside the armoire. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and family room. There is plenty of seating in the den with a couch that pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa. All rooms feature custom-made natural black-out curtains with valance. The kitchen is white and has all Frigidaire appliances. This kitchen is equipped with all you will need to cook a meal for your family or just heat up some leftovers. You can enjoy your meal with plenty of space on the 6 chair dining table with 3 bar stools. If you choose to do laundry, there is a full-sized washer and dryer giving you all the comforts of home while on vacation. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
