Condo Features: ResortQuest offers The Inn at Summerwind 602 in beautiful Navarre Beach. This 1bedroom, 1.5 bath unit is located on the sixth floor and offers a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit 602 has a private balcony with 3 chairs and a lounge chair with a small side table. You won't have to lift a finger in this unit; even the balcony table has holes so you don't have to hold your drink while taking in the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The main living area of this unit is surrounded by big mirrors giving the space a much larger feel. The loveseat and chair is a pale green color with a beautiful matching accent rug over the tile flooring. You'll have a TV/DVD and stereo to enjoy if you can get away from the balcony view. There is a 4 chair glass table for dining and 3 bar stool for extra space. The kitchen has all the amenities you might have at home. A full-sized refrigerator, microwave, stove and plenty of utensils. Making a meal is a breeze. There is also a bakers rack between the kitchen and dining area. There are enough pots and pans to create a meal and enjoy it outside or on the glass table. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV with a DVD player you can watch while lounging on the king size bed. There is a side chair and plenty of storage space in the chest of drawers. The green, yellow, brownish colors round out the bedding. The bathroom has a closet and a stackable washer and dryer and can also be accessed to bath off the hallway. There are bunk beds in the alcove of the unit so not to get in the way. The beds are pale green.
Resort Features: This Gulf Front complex is comprised of three buildings located on 450 ft. of sugar white beaches and our beautiful emerald green waters: Summerwind Condominium, Summerwind West and The Inn at Summerwind. The Inn at Summerwind offers two and three bedroom units with large balconies, complimentary high speed internet access and free video rentals. Property amenities will include lush tropical landscaping, outside showers, heated Gulf-side pools with large decks and spas, covered entrances and a Gulf Front exercise room.
08/25/2010 -- we were pleased with our stay except for the following.
1. when we arrived did not have a code on our entry packed to get in the condo
2. the dishwasher did not work so reported it, they said someone would be there to check it still didnt work so had to hand wash our dishes.
3. reported dishwasher again said they had to have a technician check it.so no one ever got it fixed and had to hand wash them the whole stay.
4. on monday when we checked in at the office my husband told then about it not working .
5. reported that when we checked out and was told we were givin the cheap price to stay and there was no compensation for us washing our own dished on vacation!
6.I planned to refer our family to stay there next year (7 families) but i know if they had to wash their dishes they would not be happy

Inn at Summerwind unit 602
08/09/2010 -- Great location. Unit very spacious. Pool and common areas were well maintained. My only suggestion for the unit is to have either in the den or in the hall another piece of furniture so that additional guest will not have to live out of their suitcases.

Great Vacation
12/09/2009 -- We go to the beach 1-2 times each summer, but that was the first time we stayed in a condo and our first time in Navarre. It was one of our best vacations ever. The condo was clean and well stocked. It felt like a true home away from home. The beach was great. I loved the beach service. Navarre is off the main drag enough to enjoy the peace but close enough to Destin to give the kids something to do.
